Lexi Weakley

Lexi Weakley is a New York-based musical theater writer. Lexi grew up in Los Angeles, California, and graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2022, where she studied Songwriting and Musical Theater Writing. She grew up loving musical theater from a very early age and began performing in her local community theater at 8 years old. In middle school, she began writing original music, and in high school, she began exploring the process of writing her own musicals. In her junior year of high school, Lexi wrote, directed, and produced her first original musical, “The End,” which opened her eyes to the magic of creating new pieces of theater, leading her to study and pursue the craft professionally. Lexi wrote her second original musical, “Elsewhere,” in just 25 days during the COVID-19 lockdown, and she produced and music directed the premiere production in Los Angeles in the summer of 2021. “Elsewhere” became a semifinalist in the O’Neill National Musical Theater Conference and SheNYC/SheLA. Lexi’s current musical “Autopilot” has been in active development since the summer of 2023, and it continues to gain attention. In addition to writing musical theater, she also writes and produces for the screen and has multiple projects in development now. She is a producer on the developing documentary “The Family Secret,” and a writer on a new screenplay, “Born In The Metaverse,” and crime series “Ditch Day.” Aside from musical theater and work for the screen, Lexi also composes contemporary Jewish music, and she has reached high acclaim, with her original melodies being sung all over the country.

Jeremy Jacobs is a New York City-based music director, teaching artist, and pianist. Selected regional credits include May We All (The Rev), Come From Away (Theatre Aspen), We’ll Meet Again (National Tour), Jersey Boys, Always... Patsy Cline (STAGES St. Louis), the pilot production of Alice by Heart, RENT (The Beacon School), Patches: A New Musical, Peter Pan (Piknik Theatre), Urinetown, A New Brain (The Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University). Alongside music directing, Jeremy is an active teaching artist at various educational theatre programs across the country like TADA! Youth Theatre, A Class Act, and I Can Do That (New York City), and Piknik Theatre (Steamboat Springs); he also serves as the Music Director of the choral ensembles and theatre department at The Beacon School in Manhattan. Matt DiCarlo is a NYC area-based director. He directed the world premiere of Mischief's THE COMEDY ABOUT SPIES, which won the 2026 Whats Onstage Award for Best New Play and was nominated at the 2026 Olivier Awards for Best New Entertainment or Comedy Play. After a sold-out engagement at the Noel Coward Theatre in 2025, the original production will return to the West End this Summer at the Adelphi Theatre. He also directed CHRISTMAS CAROL GOES WRONG, which had its world premiere on tour across the UK before playing the Apollo Theatre in the West End, London. The production is set for a multi-city international rollout in 2026.

As the International Associate Director for MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL, Matt works with Alex Timbers to supervise and support the creative maintenance of the production around the world - on Broadway, across North America on Tour, in London, Germany, the Netherlands, and on the World Tour. He also staged the Off-Broadway production of THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG, currently running at New World Stages, in addition to the North American Tours, Chicago, and Washington DC engagements. He will direct the new company of the West End production for the first time in 2026.

As an Associate Director, Matt collaborated with Neil Patrick Harris on TICK, TICK...BOOM! at The Kennedy Center, with Rebecca Taichman on SING STREET at The Huntington, with John Doyle on the First National Tour of the Tony-winning revival of THE COLOR PURPLE, and he restaged the Broadway production of BEETLEJUICE THE MUSICAL in South Korea.

Before transitioning to a full-time directing career, Matt had extensive experience as a Production Stage Manager, having helmed the Broadway productions of BEETLEJUICE, HONEYMOON IN VEGAS, THE COLOR PURPLE, ROCK OF AGES, and world premieres at Paper Mill Playhouse, American Conservatory Theatre, and La Jolla Playhouse. Matt holds a BFA from Rutgers University and is on the faculty at Columbia University. He is represented by Skyler Gray at The Gersh Agency.

Devin Wong

(Music Assistant)

Devin Wong is a New York-based musician, music assistant, and sound designer originally from Santa Clara, California. They graduated from the Berklee College of Music in 2023, and have since worked as a composer, copyist, engineer, arranger, keyboardist, woodwind doubler, and music director for a hodgepodge of musicals, including shows with Harvard, Columbia, Concord Theatricals, and Theatrical Rights Worldwide. In their spare time, they play the Japanese taiko drums with NYC-based group Soh Daiko.
